Delivery
Unfortunately, we cannot send your order to a DHL Packstation. However, we can deliver directly to a ParcelShop. To ensure that your parcel reaches you, it is important that you provide your home address when ordering and select the ParcelShop as the delivery location in the shipment tracking.
If you do not receive your order within the specified delivery time, please first check whether all the information you provided to us was correct. If all the information was correct, please contact our customer service immediately, who will be happy to help you.
For items that are returned to us because they were not accepted by the customer or were not picked up from a post office/pack station, we charge €20. This amount covers double the shipping costs (shipping to the customer and back) as well as the collection and unpacking of the goods.
Once your order has left us, you will receive an automatic email with the link to the tracking number, which you can use to easily track the status of your order.
We usually pack your order immediately the next working day. Our delivery time is usually 1-6 working days from the date of purchase. Please note that sometimes it can take 1-2 working days longer because the delivery company is very busy or our warehouse is exceptionally busy.
Order
If you have provided incorrect information, e.g. an incorrect address, an incorrect email address, etc., please contact us immediately.
The gift voucher will be sent to you digitally via email. You can then decide how to present the gift voucher to the lucky person.
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Return/Complaint
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your package to us. Contact our customer service so that they can issue you with a return slip.
We charge a fee of €8.90 to return your items, which will be deducted from your refund.
Products excluded from the right of return: - Personalizable items - Poster in 61x91cm
You do not need to return a damaged product to us. Please contact us and include pictures of the damaged items when you contact us and we will send you a new shipment (free of charge).
Refund
Once we receive your package, it will be unpacked the next business day and refunded using your chosen payment method.
If you have received a refund email from us but Klarna has still not cancelled your order or adjusted the amount of your order, please contact Klarna immediately on 0221 669 501 10 or our customer service team and we will take care of it for you.
